The love I have for health and fitness comes from a very personal place. After spending the first half of my life overweight and eventually obese, I had hit my tipping point...literally. I slowly incorporated all varieties of exercise into my life and that was a game changer for me. I was hooked!! From that point forward I never looked back and promised myself I would never see that Cheryl again. I decided to turn that passion into a profession and went back to college to study Exercise Science.
