The love I have for health and fitness comes from a very personal place. After spending the first half of my life overweight and eventually obese, I had hit my tipping point...literally. I slowly incorporated all varieties of exercise into my life and that was a game changer for me. I was hooked!! From that point forward I never looked back and promised myself I would never see that Cheryl again. I decided to turn that passion into a profession and went back to college to study Exercise Science. It was really important to me to do something that would allow me to continuously learn, help others and keep me accountable to a healthy lifestyle. One if the best decisions I have ever made!
