Our high-energy and dynamic body weight based classes that integrate elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, cardio and strength training. Barre classes use small controlled movements, as well as light weights to sculpt and tone the core, hips, legs, and upper body. Our Barre classes will have 8 people max so that each participant will receive individualized attention and modifications when needed. Barre classes provide an athletic workout and are great for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness, functional strength, posture and mobility.
