ATTENTION! Members must get approval from management to have access to open gym classes. Open gym does not always include coaching. Check with your coach before signing in if you are still in your initial coaching process. -Open gym to work on Strengths & Weaknesses -Hit cardio for added fat loss & cardio stamina -Open mats to tighten up forms and techniques for striking & MMA Requirement to sign up : -20 hours Fundamentals must be completed -10-20 additional hours of coaching if not a veteran trainee -Approval from a Head Coach
