Join us for this challenging Mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe workout to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. This class does use light heat.
