This is a series of posses done in a more static way. You will hold postures for a longer period of time, often repeating the same pose a few times. This class will be taught in the heat of 90-105 degrees. With varying degrees of temperature and humidity based off of the number of students and the specific series and teacher. This is a practice that stems loosely from the Bikram Series, offering many variations and variety from the standard 26 poses. Note: ***Every class on our schedule is all levels, there will be beginners brand new to the practice as well as those who have been practicing the art of Yoga for many years. Please feel free to join at what ever level you are willing to participate on that day. You always have the freedom to push yourself as well as the freedom to back off a bit and take your time.
