The Mat Method is our signature class that brings a unique experience by combining mat pilates, yoga and core movements into one class. Embrace the shake as we incorporate a variety of props to increase resistance to controlled isometric movements and pulses. This class is a low-impact class with no jumping or high intensity movements. It is held in our infrared heated studio, so prepare to sweat!
