This 45 minute class uses the Pilates Reformer for a powerful full body workout to create strength and flexibility. You will improve core strength and muscle development during this dynamic class. The instructor may also incorporate the TRX straps, light weights and other pilates equipment to challenge your body and mind. Grip socks are required.
