Dynamic & creative, VINYASA FLOW invites students to play, explore & expand their practice. While the sequence changes from class-to-class, all VINYASA FLOW classes are organized around Sun Salutations & encourage moving mindfully with breath. Movement patterns (poses & transitions between poses) are timed on an inhale or exhale, lending to a fluid experience in body + mind. Step off your mat feeling energized & open. *Assumes a baseline of pose familiarity. All-Levels welcome.
