Dynamic Hatha Yoga

Come practice a wonderful flow with both strengthening and gentle movements to activate the body and soothe the nervous system. Dynamic yoga is a powerful balance of long holds and flow with pranayama woven in. Our aim is to create meditative movement and feel a profound duality of focus and relaxation. Various posture options are available to meet students where they are at. A long closing sequence will prepare us for a very deep relaxation in savasana.
