Julie Vander Baan Julie is a Grand Rapids girl born and raised. She majored in Exercise Science and Elementary Education at Calvin College where she fell in love with her husband. They spent the past 6 years in Massachusetts, Julie worked at a studio doing small group personal training where she specialized in body transformation and nutrition counseling. Julie has her personal training certification through NASM and additional credentials through, TRX Suspension Training and Balanced Body Pilates Mat I. She started with OTF winter of 2018 when she helped launch OTF Knapp and became a member. Her favorite part of the program is the accountability, not only to get to class but also to bring your best effort. As a working mom, Orangetheory is the “make it happen” factor for her. The programming is elite and designed for every fitness level to succeed. What do you burn for? I burn to be my strongest self for my family What is your favorite OTF exercise?
