Level 1.5: With a more moderately-pace tempo, this level introduces intermediate exercises, coordinated movements, progressions, and challenges to enhance your balance and stability for a more rigorous workout. *Level 1 experience of any Elevate class is strongly recommended* Cancellation Policy: all cancellation prior to 24 hours will have credit returned to their account ; late cancels of after 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the class cost ; no-shows will be charged at 100% of the class cost
