
Gentle Yoga
Space is limited to 15 student, please pre-register online, or call 508-775-1422 This yoga practice will be a blissful blend of mindful movement and gentle stretching to warm and strengthen the body, calm your mind and add some self-care to your life! You will be guided through this practice accompanied by a restful musical playlist. We will explore the essentials of yoga with effort and ease, including breathwork, stretching of the shoulders, spine, legs and hips as well as standing/balancing postures, breathwork and of course our final resting pose - savasana! All levels and beginners welcome! Yoga mats are available to borrow in our studio if you choose. Props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters and yoga straps may be used and are available to borrow in the studio.
