We’ll kick things off with a bodyweight warm-up to get you primed, then move into upper body circuits designed to build strength and sculpt definition. You’ll alternate between focused circuits and high-energy bodyweight blasts to keep your core engaged and your heart rate up. Finish strong with a powerful round of combo moves that challenge both strength and endurance. Quick, efficient, and intense—this class is designed to leave you feeling shredded from the waist up.
