Get your heart rate up and build strength, endurance and flexibility in this challenging Cardio Reformer class. Plan to use the jump board for 7 to 10 minutes of this class-- you will feel like a kid jumping on a trampoline! Weights and other props may be used to bump up the intensity of this workout. *this class is not recommended for those with knee pain, history of knee pain or past injuries.
