This class is designed for newer students, providing a foundation and the comfort, strength and knowledge needed to establish a yoga practice, or to give more experienced students a gentler flow with more focus on alignment. After relaxing in a concluding savasana (corpse pose), you’ll emerge grounded, peaceful and blissful. We offer our Intro to Yoga classes as an eight class series of classes. Learn the yoga basics, experience all the amazing health benefits that yoga has to offer and join a loving community!
