Expect a full body flow designed to lengthen, align, sculpt and release. *Previous reformer experience is required to attend this class! If you are new to reformer, we require you start with The Daily FOUNDATIONS or a private session.

Katey Grace’s passion for movement and fitness began in her youth. As an athlete and state champion swimmer Kate understood early on the connection between strength, discipline and wellness, which she carried forward on her fitness journey. In 2020, she discovered Pilates at The Daily, and quickly realized it was a transformative and well balanced practice that greatly enhanced her physical and mental well being. As a Pilates instructor, Katey Grace brings enthusiasm and creativity to every class. When she’s not in the studio, Katey enjoys Acting, photography, and spending time in nature.
