This practice sometimes referred to as “hip and shoulder” holds postures for 3-5 minutes promoting conscious breathing that deepens into an overall sense of well-being. You’ll discover this class supports and accelerates your overall yoga practice in a profound way. The body’s natural state is to be relaxed. It is only through the busyness of our lives that we tend to forget. By learning how to relax and breathe deeply, we possess the keys to health, vitality and inner peace.
