With a group of up to 20 members utilizing suspension trainers, kettlebells, sleds, rowing machines, ropes, assault bikes, and a host of other fun fitness equipment, you will engage in a unique metabolic blast that will build lean muscle and ignite your energy. Sweat, laugh and push yourself to reach your full potential in a safe and closely monitored environment. The program changes daily and is a great compliment to our Industrial Strength Program.
