Hot Yin, Nidra and Sound

Hot Yin. Nidra. Sound. is a powerful one-hour journey inward—designed to soothe the nervous system, release deep tension, and restore the body from the inside out. We begin with Yin Yoga in a gently heated room, using floor-based postures held for 3–5 minutes to target the fascia and connective tissue. This stillness opens space not just in the body, but in the mind. Next, we shift into Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing, guided meditation also known as "yogic sleep," where your body rests while your awareness gently drifts between wakefulness and dream. We close with a Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls to bathe the body in healing vibration. Sound healing helps release emotional and energetic blockages and supports deep rest and recovery. This class is perfect for beginners and a nourishing complement to any yoga practice. Expect reduced stress, better sleep, and a more spacious you.
