Focus on each area of the body for five minutes in this full-body workout. Please bring 3 & 5-pound weights. Prop List: *Mat *3-5 lb weights Towel Yoga Block(s) Strap *Required, everything else is optional as needed. Please arrive to class on time. There will be no late entry. Remove your shoes before entering the yoga room and silence your cell phone. Please do not wear fragrance and keep your voices soft. Spa services are in session. Essential Oils are used throughout the studio and in classes.
