Slow Flow to Restore with Reiki

An excellent practice for restoring the body after an injury, illness, or simply to slow down and undo the effects of stress. The first half of the class will be devoted to a slower paced vinyasa flow, and the second half of the class will be devoted to Restorative yoga poses held without effort by using the support of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets. Relax as Melissa provides one-on-one short Reiki sessions. Students at all levels are welcome
