FIRE classes are meant to challenge you! These are total body routines that will work on strong, sleek muscle tone. May include quick movements, higher reps, higher resistance, and targeted exercises. These classes are meant for participants looking for Reformer Pilates with a focus on upping the burn and shake (in a good way)! *This class may include standing on the Reformer, balance and weights. It is recommended that you've done 5-10 Reformer classes before taking this class to maintain safety and correct form. This class is best for people with a history of working out to ensure body awareness and familiarity with exercises.
