Kids Aerial I (age 7-13)
7-13 yrs
Students will be lead through a floor based warm-up, including moves to build arm strength and core strength; leading to lifts, inverts, rolls and poses on the lyra and silks. Participants will gradually build their skill level learning short combos on both the Silks and Lyra. We will alternate weeks teaching silks one week and lyra another.
