Slow flow yoga is a more relaxed version of vinyasa yoga, with a slower pace and longer holds in each posture. It’s great for students who want a more mindful but still active class. This class is suitable for students of all levels, including beginners, as modifications and variations will be offered and the slower pace allows newer students more time to find proper alignment in each posture. This is not a heated class. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the posted class time. We lock the door at the start of class. Late arrivals cannot be let into class and they will be considered a no show and their spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. If your schedule changes and you cannot attend this class, please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the class start time. If you cancel your reservation within 4 hours of the class start time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $5.00. If you miss your reservation, you will be charged the no show fee of $10.00. If you are unsure of how to cancel your reservation, please email us at management@balancedyogistudio.com to let us know you cannot make it to class.
