
Intermediate Reformer Jump Board + Tower
**Previous Pilates Reformer experience required! This class includes high intensity jumping intervals on the reformer and on the mat, and is not recommended for those with a lower body injury. This 8 person class will alternate some of the more traditional reformer exercises (like feet-in-straps) with reformer jumping for 30 minutes of class. The other 30 minutes will involve a combo of core-focused TRX/ BOSU exercises. This high flying, bone building class will burn even more calories than a traditional reformer workout! **If you have never used our reformers before, you must first take one Intro to Reformer class (offered weekly) or private session. It's that the reformer has a lot of moving parts, and one newbie really slows down a group class.
