Bikram Yoga 55 min is a condensed version of classic 90 minute sequence. All 26 postures are performed, just 1 set each. No yoga experience needed. Each posture stretches and strengthens the muscles, ligaments and joints. Mental benefits include improved concentration, patience, determination, mental clarity and reduced stress. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room to warm your muscles and allow you to work deeper and safer, making you sweat and flush toxins from your body. Circulation improves, internal body functions better and overall health is increased with each class.
