Connect your mind and body, build lean muscle, and challenge your balance and flexibility with a contemporary Pilates workout. This class is for clients who have experience on the reformer in a group setting and want to optimize form, precision and control. Clients will build core strength and tone all the large and small muscle groups to achieve a long, lean physique while enabling efficient movement. Each class is a full-body workout, taught with a layered approach so that clients can work and advance at their own pace. Appropriate for all fitness levels and for prenatal clients. Modifications will be given for clients with physical limitations.
