Our experienced instructors will guide you through each movement, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. 💋 What to Wear Comfortable, form-fitting clothing: Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are ideal to allow skin contact with the pole for grip. Knee pads (recommended for floor work) Bare feet or heels No lotions or oils: To ensure proper grip on the pole and prevent slipping. No prior experience required. All fitness levels are welcome.
