This is possibly the most challenging class available, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. In these classes we add some weights with high intensity interval training, AND we crank up some serious speed and agility training in the cardio-only segment of the class. You don’t need much equipment – just a few dumbbells will be enough. Be ready to push yourself and sweat...a lot. We use 2-3 sets of dumbbells for this class.
