90 minute class, 26 postures. The original hot yoga practice. This class is the authentic Bikram Yoga practice - 105 degrees with 40% humidity. You will practice 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. All of our teachers are trained to lead the class in its original format. This class is the most therapeutic style of yoga that works every single part of the body. All levels of yoga practitioners can partake in this practice and are welcomed.
