This 18-station, intense cardio system certainly inherits an overloaded cardio element. Bears uses bodyweight, plyometric and scientific cardio movements in a HIIT format, specifically designed to push your aerobic threshold to maximum output. The unique timing mechanism results in a crazy work/rest ratio which will have the body second guessing every bead of sweat. Bears sessions are not for the faint-hearted.
