This is a LEVEL I & II CLASS of up to 5 beginner & intermediate students on reformers with one of our highly trained and/or certified instructors. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside to outside. The end result is a long and lean physique...without the added bulk.
