
East Lansing - Soul Sweat Vinyasa Yoga
This class is held in the East Lansing Yoga State studio. This is an inclusive, all levels hot vinyasa style yoga class with a set an intention of letting go - letting go of any feelings of stress or anxiety, releasing your worries from day to day life, and quieting the mind through an energetic and powerful breath centered practice. Come prepared to move your body at a steady pace, and find creativity and expression through flowing to loud music. There will be a warm-up flow to awaken the body and set the tone for class followed a Vinyasa style flow to create space for vulnerability, gratitude, and self-love. The movement will be followed by some restorative poses to really utilize the space you’ve created to get just what you need out of your practice before finding complete relaxation in savasana. This class will bring balance to your day and leave you feeling lighter, loved, and strong - A perfect way to gear up for the weekend! This is a heated class.
