
Summer Strength & Cross Training
Our offseason team training will introduce athletes to a safe and effective sports performance training program that will cover: - Skills Quest Fitness - Plyometrics, Agility, Balance, Jumping & Landing - Sprinting Mechanics - Conditioning & Endurance - Mobility & Recovery - Power & Strength Each session will include proper technique education as well as progressive overload to build overall physical strength and resilience. Each workout will be supervised by coach Sky who is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified USA Weightlifting coach, and has also been formally educated by the US Ski & Snowboard High Performance staff during his time as an intern in Park City at the US Team Center of Excellence!
