It's time to level UP your Barre Class! All Barre classes burn serious calories with a high intensity/ no impact combination of calorie scorching interval training, standing high repetition leg work, ballet barre positioning, upper arm muscle strengthening and some original (though pilates-like) ab work. We all use some combination of gliding discs, squishy balls, magic circles, booty bands, weights and resistance tubing. OUR CLASSES ALSO add some combination of ab work on the posture correcting Pilates Arc Barrels, added resistance of the springs and the TRX on the Pilates Towers, even extra core work and balance challenges on the BOSU balls.
