Synchronize the breath with movement to create strength and flexibility while maintaining a slow, meditative pace with floor poses to increase flexibility and standing poses building strength. Prop List: *Mat Yoga Block(s) Strap Bolster(For Savasana) Blanket Eye Pillow *Required, everything else is optional as needed. Please arrive to class on time. There will be no late entry. Remove your shoes before entering the yoga room and silence your cell phone. Please do not wear fragrance and keep your voices soft. Spa services are in session. Essential Oils are used throughout the studio and in classes.
