Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines the precision and core strength of classical mat Pilates with the added intensity and detoxifying benefits of a heated environment. Performed in a warm room (90–100°F ), this class challenges your endurance, balance, and focus while improving flexibility and muscular control RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY Classes with low enrollment are subject to change. You will be notified by Form Fit in advance if so. Reserving your class online in advance is recommended to secure your spot. Please arrive atleast 5 minutes early. Anyone more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted. To receive a class credit, please cancel at least 2 hours before class time to avoid being charged and to allow others the opportunity to join. Unlimited Members will be charged a 10$ fee for a Late Cancel or a No Show made within the 2 hour window. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our Studio.
