This is an all levels class If you love group classes or just want a different twist on Pilates, try our new Mixed Level Class. Each session incorporates exercises on any of our equipment such as Reformer, Chair, Tower, spine corrector, and other props to help you find the abdominals in just a little different way. You'll leave feeling invigorated and refreshed, and ready to take on whatever challenges life throws you! ****You must have approval from an instructor, a minimum of 3 private sessions or group class reformer experience before joining this class.
