About us We love Judo and Wrestling and we want you to love it too! Total Form Fitness Judo and Wrestling was established in 2007 and is owned by former Elite Judo athlete Leo Lopes and D3 All-American John Marsh. In our state of the art facility located in White Plains, New York, we offer classes for elementary, middle school, high school as well as competitive team. Our philosophy is to teach judo and wrestling in a fun, safe environment and to foster a greater mind/body connection. We recognize that all children are individuals learn at different speeds. Therefore, activities are personalized to give each boy and girl a chance to develop his or her greatest potential. Total Form Fitness Judo and Wrestling also have two very successful competitive team programs - Junior Olympic Judo and Elite wrestling. We have produced a number of State, Regional, and National Champions and many of our athletes go on to compete in college.
