MPower Yoga offers over 50 classes per week. Classes are heated between 85-90 degrees to optimize mobility and health benefits. Classes range from Vinyasa based power classes to warm gentle classes. We also offer Yoga Sculpt classes integrating weights and high intensity interval movements as well as Mat Pilates for core stabilization. There are full locker rooms available including showers and changing spaces so that you can join us for a class and continue on to work or an evening out.
