$139 Deluxe Monthly Membership available online only (not app). Includes unlimited in studio, outdoor, and virtual classes at three locations in Alexandria & Arlington. Located in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA this location has three studios, including a state of the art hot studio. We offer expert and diverse instruction in Yoga, Pilates & Barre, as well as specialized programs in Prenatal, Post-Pregnancy, Therapeutic, Fundamentals & Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga: All levels and classes such as flow yoga, gentle yoga, hot yoga, and more. Barre: All of our barre instructors bring unique, effective, and fun sequencing to their classes. Pilates: All level classes from beginner to advanced taught by classically trained and evolved instructors. We also offer the unique Hot Pilates classes (HAWT), a fun and more intense version of our mat classes.
