Laura is a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor/Trainer, and Certified Functional Movement Systems, and Functional Range Conditioning Practitioner focusing on mobility. She has been teaching and training clients for nearly a decade. Laura specializes in corrective exercise and has extensive experience working with clients recovering from injuries in a post-rehab capacity. She brings a deep understanding of the anatomy and human movement to her trainings and aims to help clients restore their mobility, stability, and strength through muscular and postural balance and body awareness. Over the course of her career, Laura has discovered no greater joy than helping clients move freely and with reduced pain or limitations. She maintains a strong belief in movement training for injury mitigation/prevention.
