Angelica's wellness journey began in 2017 when she embraced veganism in her hometown of New York. Her passion for holistic living took her all the way to Bali, where she immersed herself in detoxing and coaching practices that deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection. With a culinary degree from Brooklyn under her belt, she's mastered the art of creating vibrant, healing meals that nourish from the inside out. Her love for movement naturally evolved into a passion for Pilates. After years of focusing on strength training, Angelica knew there was more to fitness than just the typical gym routines. When she discovered Pilates and its transformative principles, everything clicked. She learned firsthand how the practice could bring her body back into alignment, helping her work through her own asymmetries while strengthening her mind-body connection. For Angelica, Pilates is more than a workout, it's a gateway to self-healing and self-discovery. In her classes, Angelica combines her holistic background with the principles of Pilates to empower her clients to reconnect with their bodies, heal from within, and find balance. Whether it's through mindful movement, nourishing food, or simply learning to breathe deeply, Angelica's philosophy is rooted in the belief that we are magical beings capable of incredible self-healing on every level.
