Allison is on of the original Pop Physique Instructor and a Barreworks Favorite!!! A certified Basi Pilates instructor, a certified Barre instructor, dance teacher & dancer, certified NASM private trainer and precision functional certified instructor. She has been teaching since 2008 and has an impressive resume. Recently, Allison has completed her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer certification. Allison works as a small group exercise instructor, an accountability coach and a private trainer using pilates, barre and functional movement.
