Krysta is a certified Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor and has certifications through Stages Indoor Cycling and Stages Power. Krysta has her Bachelors of Science and Associates in Dental Hygiene. Fitness is her true passion and that shines through in her cycle classes. She loves to motivate and push her students to their limits in a positive way helping them to achieve their goals and get the results they are looking for. She loves to see her classes working hard but having fun at the same time!
