Megan began practicing yoga at the age of 15 and has continued ever since. She started working at the desk at SALT Yoga in 2011 and began leading classes in 2014. Megan specializes in anatomy-informed yoga, drawing on her background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and her training in the LYT Yoga method. This unique combination has greatly influenced her teaching style. Megan is known for her challenging yet calming yoga classes, which focus on mindful breathing and core strength while featuring creative and engaging sequences. Class themes are inspired by her values of curiosity, presence, self-inquiry, and acceptance. During the movement practice, you can expect to hear rhythmic electronic and hip-hop music, followed by ambient music during the final relaxation.
