Vinyasa Flow Studio!! Don't know what that means? Vinyasa is a fancy ancient word that means flow. In the 70's our country was first introduced to the Ashtanga Yoga Method, the first flow sequence! Leela Vinyasa Flow and Jivamukti are more modern versions of that. We play music, have an themes and lesson to each class, study the poses with great detail, and merge all the movement with meditation! Exactly what we need in 2020! Leela teachers have very strong backgrounds and training's to support these modern flow methods and continue to train and grow together.
