Tamara lives by the saying "Live Well. Be Well." Born with a congenital leg length discrepancy, Tamara, an avid runner and athlete, begin experiencing tons of pain with movement in her twenties. Living in San Diego at the time, her Ortho Suggested pilates to help manage her pain. Within weeks of her first pilates class, Tamara was working on being pain free. It was the opportunity to live without pain that convinced Tamara to quit her job and become a pilates instructor with the goal of helping others do the same. In 2005 Tamara become fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor. She was invited to travel with STOTT pilates to help represent them at industry trade shows and how wound town of her own studios with great success. Her passion is working with people who are trying to heal their bodies. She loves to laugh and when she isn't at the studio, you will find her eating breakfast for dinner, having dance parties with her kids or standing on her hands!
