Arlene, a U.S. Navy veteran with 10+ years of service, is a cherished staple here at SPENGA East Cobb. She was born in New York, raised in Puerto Rico, and raised her own 4 amazing young adults. With a background in fitness spanning over two decades, Arlene is certified in several workout formats and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She’s also working on getting her pilot’s license! Fitness is Arlene’s heart, and it’s her passion to see everyone, especially those in the mid/mature community, discover fitness and embrace a consistent active lifestyle.
